Pre-designed Package Plans
Day-of Only
This IS the NUMBER ONE requested package. Day-of Only is definitely an option. Other consultants/planners may tell you there is nothing less than "Month-of", but I disagree. If all you need is Day-of Services, then that's what I would provide. Each day-of service package is as unique as each bride, so we would determine your exact needs, whether it is 1 hour or 6 hours. Just ask!
Let’s Talk
This is the second most frequently requested package. It is a 3 hour personalized meeting, and includes 1 to 2 hours of follow-up contacts. "Let's Talk" can occur anytime in the planning process. Some couples choose to meet in the early stages of planning, while others may need guidance after some details are in place, and yet others will wait until a few weeks before the wedding to make sure everything is in order.

Let's Chat
This 90-minute consultation is perfect for the bride who has only a couple of concerns to discuss, or for the bride whose wedding is 1-8 weeks away and just wants to be certain everything is in order.
Consultation - 3
This package consists of three meetings which can occur anytime in the planning process. It is recommended that one of the meetings be held either at the wedding or reception site, depending on the particular needs of the total event.

This package includes the three consultation meetings plus assistance or actual coordinating at the rehearsal.

Consultation - 3 and Ceremony (no rehearsal)
This package includes the three consultation meetings plus assistance on the wedding day only. It is usually chosen if there is a wedding coordinator present at the rehearsal who is affiliated with the ceremony site or with the officiant, and is someone with whom you are comfortable.

It is possible to contract with Friend of the Bride for the rehearsal only, ceremony only, or reception-assistance only. Also, one may contract for specific services only, such as venue descriptions, seating considerations, etc.(see FAQs). Fee will be determined per services or additional staff required. And, as always, you may design your own package.
